A Michelin-Starred Collaboration: 2 Head Chefs, 1 Sublime Dinner | 21-22 June 2018

In the first four hands collaboration dinner since its grand opening in July 2017, Head Chef Arron Rhodes joins hands with his mentor Chef Adam Simmonds in a special dinner on the 21 and 22 of June, to prepare an 8-course modern British “Discovery Menu.” Priced at HK$1488 + 10% per guest, the menu will feature re-interpretations of classic British dishes that boast elements of fusion and innovative preparation. At HK$1988 + 10% per guest, guests can enjoy their dinner with wine and cocktails pairings.

About Chef Adam Simmonds
With humble beginnings in the culinary industry as a pot wash and sandwich maker, Chef Adam Simmonds began his career in the catering industry. He later became a known driving force behind the recognition of Ynyshir Hall Hotel in the Welsh hills with a coveted Michelin Star, 8/10 in The Telegraph’s Good Food Guide and 4 AA Rosettes. Between 2007 – 2013 at Danesfield House in Marlow, Adam met and worked alongside Chef Arron Rhodes and the great honour of a Michelin Star was garnered on the restaurant for three consecutive years,. As one of Good Food Guide’s ‘Chefs to Watch,’ Adam has built a reputation as one of Britain’s finest chefs through his dedication and passion for the arts.
